Where can I buy this book as an E-Book

As far as I know, our book is not available as an E-book. If our publisher would do that, it will ultimately end up for free download on the web on download sites - and that's not something authors like.

What do you plan to use it for? Is a hard copy inconvenient?

Dear Sir,
I would love to get a hard copy of the book , but in my case : I don't live in USA. Shipping the book to my country and adding the custom duty and sales taxes would make the book cost me something around $80 which is expensive for me, that is why I was searching for a E-book version to buy.

Hi Laurens, i want to buy that book too and im living in Europe. It's very important to me to have it as soon as possible because im working on a project for my school! Can you pls sent a copy to me too?
